Ciudad Soil and Water Conservation District, a political subdivision of the state of New Mexico, promotes the conservation, improvement and responsible use of the natural resources on the rural and urban lands within its boundaries.
Ciudad was recently awarded an extremely competitive US EPA Urban Waters grant! The funding will support 9 RiverXchange classes each year for two years, as well as Rolling River presentations by CSWCD staff, and neighborhood green infrastructure projects by Querencia Green.
